Hi! My name is Shelly Peel, I began my fitness training in 2018 when I received my certification in Tabata GX. I love to incorporate a mixture of cardio, strength & FUN into my Bootcamp & HIIT (High Intensified Interval Training) classes, including ropes, TRX, box jumps. Along with my favorite, burpees.

When I’m not at the studio, I enjoy reading and running. In the winter months, you can find me snowmobiling with my husband of 20 years, who can be seen working out by my side. I enjoy the outdoors where we live, I love to spend quality time with family and friends. Challenging myself has always been a part of my nature. In 2019, I completed a Ragnar Relay race that challenged my strength and mindset.
