Hi! My name is Amanda Jagniecki. I have been practicing yoga consistently now for over a decade and teaching for 6 years. I received my 200 Hour Teacher Training Certiﬁcation at PeaceLab Yoga in Grandville, MI under Melanie McQuown in May 2017. My style is an alignment based ﬂow, oftentimes focusing on peak poses, deep breathing, and moving with your breath to transition between and deepen postures.
Yoga balances me out and helps me to be more present and aware, less stressed, and over all a healthier, happier person. I hope to inspire and help my students feel great too! When I’m not on my mat, I’m most likely at a live music show, at the beach, or snuggling with my fiancée and fur babies at home near Bass Lake.
