I am a mental health counselor and art therapist. I love being outside in nature and spending time with friends and family. My husband and I have 2 crazy funny boys who keep us on our toes.
I have been teaching at EnerG Fitness for almost two years. It will be two years this November. I teach Barre which is a mixture of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. I fell in love with how much endurance Barre builds up in the small muscle groups in your body and of course the fun dance moves you can throw into the workout.
One of my favorite things about being an instructor is to be able to see individuals pushing themselves physically and mentally. For them to recognize how strong they are, how capable they are, and how they are enough!
