Trainer Bio

My name is Teresa Birkman I have been teaching barre for about 3 years now. I love teaching barre. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I recently married my best friend and together we have our fur baby Chloe. If I am not at the studio you will find me at one of my other two jobs. I am a medical assistant in Spring Lake and I also work at Hart Pizza. My passion is to help other people. For fun I like to work out and bowl. I have many nieces and nephew so I like spending my time off with them. Family is everything to me without them I wouldn’t be where I am at today.
